Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply when you use our website and services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website hotpod.site and any engagement with Hot Air Pod Limited. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
This website is operated by Hot Air Pod Limited, registered in England & Wales, with its address at 5 Napoleon Road, Twickenham, Middlesex, England, TW1 3EW, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected] or +48 884 305 646.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it. All content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Information provided
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. Any proposal or quotation is subject to a written agreement.
3a. Advertising standards, claims and disclosure
Work produced by us is intended to comply with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing and, where relevant, the UK Code of Broadcast Advertising, and with consumer protection law. Objective claims must be capable of substantiation before publication, and the client is responsible for providing and standing behind the evidence for claims about its own products, services, prices, availability and business. We may decline to publish a claim we consider cannot be substantiated, and doing so is not a breach of any agreement with us.
Advertising, advertorial, paid partnerships and influencer content produced through us are identified as advertising so that the audience can recognise them as such. We do not write, commission, incentivise, host or facilitate fake or misleading consumer reviews or endorsements, or the concealment of material connections, which are prohibited by consumer protection law. We do not guarantee editorial coverage, placement, rankings, engagement, leads or sales; no such outcome is promised and none should be inferred from any discussion of objectives.
3b. Engagements, data and responsibility
Scope, deliverables, timescales and fees are agreed in writing before work begins, and work outside that scope is quoted separately. Media and third-party costs are additional unless expressly included. Intellectual property in commissioned work, and any licence to use it, passes as set out in the engagement, normally on payment in full; third-party material including images, fonts, music and talent is supplied under its own licence and for the usage specified, and using it beyond that usage is the client’s responsibility. Electronic direct marketing is carried out only to recipients to whom it may lawfully be sent, and the client remains the data controller for its own marketing data and responsible for the consents on which it relies; where we process personal data on a client’s behalf that is governed by a separate written agreement. We are not a media owner, publisher, broadcaster or market research organisation, and we give no legal, regulatory, financial or investment advice. Nothing on this website is advice for your particular situation.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
